Chosochaekbang (인왕산 더숲 초소책방)

Chosochaekbang befindet sich auf dem Berg Inwangsan in einem Gebäude, das ursprünglich zum Schutz von Cheongwadae gebaut und über 50 Jahre lang als Wachposten genutzt wurde. Der Wachposten enstand nach dem Angriff auf Cheongwadae in 1968 und symbolisiert den Schmerz von Trennung und Konfrontation. Um diesen Teil der Geschichte in Erinnerung zu behalten, wurden einige der Ziegelwände und die Eisentür bei der Renovierung beibehalten.
Heute ist das Gebäude eine Buchhandlung und ein Café mit gläsernen Wänden, die einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung bieten. In der Buchhandlung gibt es viele Bücher zu Umweltproblemen, und im Café werden biologisch abbaubare Strohhalme aus Zuckerrohr genutzt.
