Le Centre Culturel de Sokcho se trouve dans la ville du même du nom dans le quartier de Yeongnang-dong. Le centre a ouvert en 1977 sous le nom de Centre culturel de Ilbok avec une capacité de 342 sièges. Le centre fut achevé le 10 octobre 1990.
Le Centre Culturel de Sokcho se compose principalement d’un Hall et d’une annexe. Le Hall comprend une salle de concert, salle de répétition, avec un système son et lumière. Dans l’annexe se trouve une salle de réunion, une gallerie, une salle de réception pour les événements culturels et les bureaux administratifs du Centre.

Plage de Namae (남애해변)

La plage de Namae est une grande plage de sable blanc faisant 2km de long et environ 100 mètres de largeur. La profondeur de l'eau est raisonnable dans la mesure où elle ne dépasse pas les 1 ou 2 mètres. Le sable est aussi de bonne qualité. La plage est aussi entourée de marais de roseaux dont les couleurs changent et prennent des reflets dorés durant l'automne, ce qui attire toujours de nombreux visiteurs durant la saison. Vous pourrez aussi goûter aux nombreux poissons proposés par les restaurants de la côte. La plage abrite également différentes espèdes d’hérons protégées, l’endroit a ainsi été désigné “monument naturel 229” du pays. Des aires de camping sont aussi disponibles à proximité.

Le Centre des Visiteurs du Parc National Seoraksan fournit des renseignements détaillés sur le parc national et sert aussi de centre culturel. Le centre ouvrit ses portes le 24 mars 2006.

Des expositions s'y tiennent pour promouvoir la prise de conscience sur l'importance du système écologique du parc. Des films et des jeux fournissent des informations sur l'histoire du parc et sa beauté naturelle. Ce centre est un bon endroit où commencer votre exploration du parc.
