Le Théâtre de Myeongdong désigne un centre de représentations théâtrales inauguré dans le bâtiment où était situé le Théâtre National de Corée. De 1934 à 1973, ce dernier fut le pionnier des arts et de la culture en Corée, fonctionnant comme cinéma, salle de spectacle et théâtre. Bien qu’il ferma ses portes en 1973, après trois années de rénovation, le théâtre fut renommé et réouvert sous le nom de Théâtre de Myeongdong le 5 Juin 2009. Des rénovations intérieures complètes furent mises en oeuvre, tout en gardant intact le mur à l’extérieur. Le théâtre est désormais une salle de spectacles de taille moyenne avec des équipements pour la scène ultramodernes et 588 places, offrant au public une vue fantastique et une proximité lui permettant de ressentir la passions des artistes. Il présente une gamme de représentations telles que des pièces sérieuses, des pièces expérimentales, des performances non-verbales, et des comédies musicales. Qui plus est, cet endroit est très populaire pour les concours d’interprétation, les festivals et les spectacles.

Jinju Hall is a restaurant specializing in kongguksu (chilled white soybean noodle soup) with over 40 years of history. Renowned for its rich soup of cold noodles, the restaurant uses fresh soybeans grown in Gangwon-do. The dishes are not only nutritious, but also effective in restoring people's appetites, often lost because of the summer's heat.

To make the restaurant's signature dish, buckwheat is mixed with ground soybeans and flour to make dough. The dough is shaped into noodles and boiled. They are then mixed with pulverized soybeans (which are slightly boiled) and cold broth. Boasting a simple taste, this cold soybean noodle dish is one of the most popular dishes in summer.

Haeunjae (下隱齋), meaning “hermit’s residence,” is a hanok (traditional Korean house) residence located in Seochon Hanok Village, near Gyeongbokgung Station on Seoul Subway Line 3. It is dedicated to the ideal of “movies and rest,” and takes after the characteristic form of modern hanok with a small courtyard. The entire house is rented out at once, with a queen bedroom, kitchen, movie room, and two restrooms.
