The Gimhae Arts and Sports Center is a performance hall for high-class performances. The Busan International Short Film Festival started in the 1997 as Busan Short Film Festival and was renamed as Busan Asian Short Film Festival in 2000, expanding to include short movies from all across Asia. As time went on, the festival once again expanded its scope to include films from around the world and was renamed as Busan International Short Film Festival in 2010. The festival has laid a foundation for the development of Korean movies. It continues to stir up support and interest in short films, acting as a catalyst for the Korean short films industry.

Haeundae River Cruise is the first urban cruise ship in Busan that allows passengers to see both rivers and the sea from APEC Naru Park to Marine City and Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
