A luge is a cart ride driven downhill on a track. Vivaldi Park in Hongcheon offers Luge on its ski slopes during summer, spring, and fall. It is popular as a leisure sport to enjoy high speed even in the off-season when skiing is not possible. Guests of Vivaldi Park Resort can receive discounts, and Luge World guests may also use resort facilities. Tickets are sold based on the number of times one will ride. It is available to anyone between the ages of 3 to 64, and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Soyang Dam (소양강댐)

Built in October 1973, Soyang Dam is the largest dam in Korea. It stands 123 meters high and 530 meters long and can hold up to 29 million tons of water. The stored water which has become Soyangho Lake, is Korea's largest man-made lake, spanning a large area that borders the Gangwon-do cities and districts of Chuncheon, Hongcheon, Yanggu, and Inje. Visitors can enjoy riding a ferry or walking on the 2.5-kilometer walking trail. Various restaurants and attractions are also nearby.

Soyangho Lake was created by the building of Soyang Dam in 1973. Soyangho Lake is famous for catching freshwater fish, such as trout, carp, smelt, and eel. The waterway stretches all the way to Inje, with beautiful scenic views. Water sports can be enjoyed from the dock near Soyang Dam, with boat rides to Cheongpyeongsa Temple as well as around the lake. Many cafes and restaurants are located around the lake, making it a great vacation spot.

Alpaca World is located in the clean, green forests of Hongcheon, Gangwon State, and is an alpaca-themed travel destination where one can meet animals enjoying natural lives up close. There are about 50 cute alpacas in the Andes Eco range, a replica of the mountainous terrain of the Andes in South America. The Relaxing stroll with Alpacas program is one of Alpaca World's representative experiences where visitors can take a walk and interact with alpacas in the green forest. Alpaca World was where NCT came to relax on “NCT LIFE in Chuncheon & Hongcheon.” Here, the members competed in a mission to win tickets for a cart ride. After a funny moment when an alpaca unexpectedly spat at them, they enjoyed capturing memories together with plenty of photos.
