The Chuncheon International Mime Festival is recognized as one of the world’s top three mime festivals, alongside France’s Mimos Mime Festival and the London International Mime Festival in the UK. The festival kicks off with “City of Water: Ah! Surajang,” transforming the city center into a massive water park. The highlight of the festival is the fire performance “City of Fire: Dokkaebi Nanjang,” which lights up the dark night. During the festival, various performances based on “body, movement, and image” are held throughout Chuncheon. As a performing arts festival connecting the city, art, and its citizens, it continues to grow in popularity as one of Korea’s leading performance festivals.

Opened in 1995, Chungnyeongsan Recreational Forest is located in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, approxmately 1-hour drive from Seoul. Chungnyeongsan Mountain is historically significant, with its connection to King Taejo Yi Seonggye, the founder of the Joseon dynasty. To the west, it boasts the lush Chungnyeongsan Recreational Forest, home to dense sixty-year-old nut pine trees, while to the east lies the Garden of Morning Calm. Standing at an elevation of 879 meters, the mountain offers three hiking trails. The summit provides an exceptional view, particularly in autumn, when it becomes a prime spot for enjoying the colorful foliage.

Chuncheondaegyo Bridge is a bridge that connects downtown and Legoland Theme Park located on Jungdo Island in Uiamho Lake. The bridge won the Grand Prize in the Civil Engineering Structure Awards of the Year during the 2019 Civil Engineering Day celebration. The main tower made with Lego's circular shape as a motif is impressive. A night view of lights and a pleasant drive make this a popular attraction. Don't miss the brilliant fountain shows that run 3 times every evening (20:00, 21:00, 22:00) and last about 40 minutes with 12 images of Chuncheon. Meanwhile, it is the filming location for the scene where Kim Tae-ri and Nam Joo-hyuk look at the rainbow in the drama "Twenty-Five Twenty-One (2022)."
