Located inside Boramae Park, the Boramae Safety Experience Center operates an experience program focused on safety measures in the event of disaster. With a 'Safe Seoul' vision, the center teaches safety awareness and safety measures through simulation-based training in how to handle disasters, earthquakes, windstorms, fire and traffic accidents. The center also operates a program to learn about first aid such as CPR and the use of various safety facilities and equipment.

At this safety experience center, visitors can also listen to real-life stores from fire officers and participate in the programs to learn more about safety.

Monument Coffee is a casual hangout café for locals located across from Cheonho-dong. This cafe is on one side of the first floor of the building, and although it is small, with only three or four tables, many regulars visit this place often due to the taste of coffee, baked snacks, and desserts. The signature menu here is the real vanilla bean latte. The unique, savory flavor comes to life thanks to the generous use of vanilla beans. This signature menu is limited and only offered while ingredients last on a daily basis, so visitors are advised to visit early. Opened in 1990, Wonjo Hosu Samgyetang is often cited as one of the three best samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) restaurants in Seoul. It has only one dish on the menu, the samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) with thick and rich soup flavored with perilla seeds. The soup comes with a plate of kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi), sizable chili pepper and cucumber pieces to be dipped into gochujang (red chili paste), and raw garlic.
