Jungmun Equestrian Park is where visitors can experience horseback riding while looking at the sea, and even beginners can enjoy horseback riding without any concerns. Visitors can choose between a walking course that takes 10–15 minutes and a Beach Olle course that takes 20–25 minutes. The Beach Olle course has a beautiful ocean view and reaches its peak in spring when canola flowers are in full bloom. It is operated under a reservation system in principle, but walk-in is also accepted on a first-come,first-served basis. Visitors are advised to call in advance as programs are subject to cancellation in case of adverse weather.

Route 15 runs through a deep forest to the mid-mountainous area. The mountainous area provides a view of crop fields, forest, and dirt roads. Geumsan Park is the hidden gem of the trail. The trail ends at Gonaepogu Port, providing a chance to see all the different sections of the island.

Jeju Yakcheonsa Temple (약천사(제주))

Jeju Yakcheonsa Temple is the largest temple in Asia. Originally a small hermitage named Yaksuam, it was named Yakcheonsa because of a famous mineral spring ('Yaksu') nearby. It enshrines tombstones of two royal couples from the Joseon Dynasty: King Munjong and his consort, and King Yeongchin and his consort. The temple also offers temple stays for both Koreans and foreigners.

Suwolbong Peak (수월봉)

Suwolbong peak is a small oreum located in Gosan-ri, the westernmost point of Jejudo Island. Suwolbong rises 77 meters above sea level and the ocean-facing natural formation is surrounded by steches of green fields. On a clear day, the sunset from Suwolbong is comparable in beauty to the one from Sarabong.

On top of Suwolbong Peak is a small pavilion called Suwoljeong. The pavilion offers views of Chagwido (an island known to be the most beautiful in Jeju), as well as Songaksan Mountain and Jukdo Island. Next to Suwolbong Peak is a mountain weather station that observes and forecasts the weather for the western region.

Below the peak is a small Buddhist temple and Eongal, a steep cliff which faces toward the sea. Visitors can enjoy mineral water that falls freely from the cliff.

Located at the western end of Jeju Island, Suwolbong Tuff Cone, a small mountain, is famous for being a favorite sunset viewing place. The mountain has vertical cliffs spreading out like a scroll painting, created from the sea waves gradually cutting inland.
To the north, off the coast, is Chagwido Island, where only the top peak area has grass growing, and the rest of the island is made up of dark basalt rocks and cliffs. Around sunset, Chagwido’s seashore turns crimson red from the sun and is truly an amazing sight to behold.

Teseum Safari is a new concept museum, the first of its kind in the world, exhibiting stitched dolls shaped like wildlife animals, marine animals, flowers, birds and more. The wild animal zone on the first floor has a photo zone for visitors to take photos with lions, tigers, and elephants along with teddy bears. On the second floor, varied animal dolls like dolphins, sharks and marine animals such as octopus, turtle, flamingo, crane, and a flock of ducks are available. On the second floor of Building B, a 4m-tall teddy bear is available for children to play with by running around freely at the playground, as well as watching all the teddy bears appearing in a teddy drama “New Heart.” Teseum Art Gallery shows movie parody teddy bear, Greek mythology parody teddy bear, and world costume teddy bears. The forest is preserved and protected as a Natural Monument and a natural resource for academic research. Collecting plants and hunting in the forest are strictly prohibited.
