The Korean term dimibang refers to the room where kings of the Joseon Dynasty enjoyed their meals. Indeed, the restaurant treats its customers like royalty, and is especially renowned for its traditional herbal foods used in Chinese medicine. The typical menu includes hamcho-bibimbap (steamed rice with assorted vegetables) and hamcho- juk (hot porridge). An herb that grows near the tidelands and salt flats, hamcho has a slightly salty, bitter flavor. Rich in fiber and minerals, it is nutritious and prevents constipation. Hamcho is also made into a sauce, which the restaurant uses instead of soy sauce. You can also enjoy various other herbal meals. The restaurant is a favorite of well-being fans and vegetarians.

This restaurant specializes in boribap (steamed barley). Once a rather humble staple, boribap has been reintroduced as a popular health food. The meal consists of steamed barley and potato, as well as ten types of cooked greens, all mixed with red-pepper paste. Miso soup is also given as a side dish. Add some soup to the boribap for more flavor. Gamjajeon (a potato pancake) and dotorimuk (an acorn-starch jelly) are recommended as good appetizers.

This is a Korean traditional restaurant serving food in attractive bowls. Its main dishes are steamed rice in bamboo and raw rice wine (Makgeolli). When you pour makgeolli into a glass which is brewed in the old way, your nose gets ticklish by the smell of yeast. Steamed rice cooked with Indian millet, millet, glutinous rice, and beans in a bamboo stick provides a delicious smell of bamboo.
