L’eau tombant de la magnifique et bruyante chute d’eau ressemble fort à des dragons qui s’envolent vers les cieux, raison pour laquelle on l’a appelée "Biryong" (dragon qui s’envole). Un sentier relativement large traversant une forêt de bambous mène à cette chute d'eau, ce qui en fait un endroit parfait pour une randonnée. Depuis le pont Biryonggyo, situé tout au fond de la vallée Cheonbuldong, vous pourrez faire une promenade d'une demi-heure, vous aperceverez alors sur votre gauche la chute d’eau Yukdam, composée de 6 chutes d’eau et d’un étang profond. A 300m de là, se trouve la chute d’eau Biryong entre le ravin étroit aux contours déchiquetés. De même, si vous suivez le Towanggol, vous arriverez à une très grande chute d’eau à 3 niveaux, la chute d’eau Towangseong, mais du fait du sentier extrêmement dangereux qui y mène, il est désormais impossible d'y accéder, le chemin ayant été fermé au public.

Ulsanbawi se compose de six pics de granite sur une circonférence de 4km. Le sommet d’Ulsan Bawi vous offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le parc, sur la mer de l’est, sur le pic de Dalma, et sur l’ensemble du réservoir de Haksapyeong. On peut expliquer le nom d’Ulsan Bawi de trois façons différentes. Premièrement le site ressemble à une barrière (Ultari), deuxièmement selon une légende ce peut-être le nom de la ville du Gyeongsanbukdo, enfin cela peut vouloir dire la montagne qui pleure.
Il ne faut pas moins de deux heures pour se rendre au sommet (4km) de Ulsan Bawi.
Après avoir passé le temple Sinheung, si vous continuez pendant 10 mn, apparaît un pont. De l’autre côté du pont sur la droite se trouve l’ermitage de Anyang. Si vous continuez encore 25 mn vous trouverez sur votre droite l’ermitage de Naewon et 300 métres plus loin se trouve l’ermitage de Gyejo (10 mn).
A l’ermitage de Gyejo se trouve un immense rocher rond qu’une personne seule en le poussant peut faire se balancer. L’ermitage a été conçu en utilisant une grotte naturelle Si l’on se place devant le rocher rond on peut apercevoir Ulsan Bawi par delà l’ermitage.
On accède à Ulsan Bawi depuis l’ermitage par un chemin très raide long de 500 mètres. Il s’agit du plus gros rocher d’extrême orient. Haut de 950 mètres, formé de précipices de tous les côtés, il a été équipé d’un escalier en fer de 808 marches afin que l’on puisse accéder à son sommet.

Si vous allez de Seorak-dong à Oeseorak, traversez le pont Biryong puis passez par les chutes Biryong. Vous arriverez à la cascade Yukdam (육담 폭포). Elle se compose de six chutes d'eau et d’un étang. A ce jour, une petite quantité d'eau s'écoule de ces chutes ; ainsi on peut voir comment elles se sont formées dans le temps. Le magnifique paysage autour de la cascade est toujours très apprécié des visiteurs.

Opened in 1985, Cheoksan Spatel is a natural hot springs with strong alkaline water at 53℃, formed 4000 m below sea level. The water is said to be highly effective in the removal of impurities and treatment of skin conditions. Rooms available include both bedrooms and ondol (under-the-floor heating system) rooms. Each room has a small bath supplied with hot springs water in the bathroom. Guests are also offered a single-use ticket to the hot springs area.
There are plenty of onsite facilities as well, from the hot springs area with many different types of baths to ladies-only spa therapy at Spa Healing Center, walking paths through a pine grove, and an observation deck with a view of Seoraksan Mountain’s Ulsan Peak. Other attractions, such as Sokcho Museum, Seoraksan Botanical Garden, and Cheongchoho Recreation Area, is reachable by car in 10 min.
