Le Festival du partage de l'Asssemblée Nationale a été inauguré en 2005 par le mouvement Pumassi avec pour objectif de promouvoir le sens du partage et de la solidarité en Corée. Le festival permet notamment à la jeunesse de rencontrer leurs aînés et de partager sur les métiers qu'ils souhaitent faire. Ce sont plus de 100 établissements et entreprises qui participent au festival, proposant des activités, spectacles, et ce à titre gratuit.
