Le Mesa est le premier centre commercial établi dans le quartier comerçant de Namdaemun. Il est un centre commercial pour famille qui est équipé des installations destinées aux femmes de plus de 25 ans et les jeunes mariées. Ces points sont différents des autres centres commerciaux de Dongdaemun. Il est muni des lits pour bébés et le fauteuil à bascule afin de changement de couches.
