Su habilidad caligráfica ha sido valorada altamente, por lo que aún en la actualidad, es reconocido con el nombre “Chusache” (significa: "estilo de escritura del maestro Chusa"). La casa tiene una superficie de aproximadamente 266 m² y demuestra claramente el diseño arquitectónico de la clase alta de dicha región. Cerca de la casa están el sepulcro del maestro, el templo Hwaamsa (en donde solía ir a estudiar) y un ejemplar de pino blanco que es considerado Patrimonio Natural.

En este templo podrá sentir la presencia simbólica del maestro Kim Jeong-hui (seudónimo “Chusa”). Siendo uno de los mejores calígrafos de Joseon, podrá encontrar la casa natal de este célebre escritor, a poca distancia del templo. El templo se encuentra localizado al pie del monte Oseoksan, y presenta una larga historia con la familia del maestro Chusa, ya que el fundador del templo es Kim Han-sin, el bisabuelo de Kim Jeong-hui. Además, fue el yerno del rey Yeongjo, ya que se había casado con la princesa Hwasun Ongju, la segunda hija del rey y la hermana del príncipe Sado Seja, el rey póstumo. La tumba de esta pareja real se encuentra ubicada en Aengmubong, distrito de Yongsan. Hacia la entrada principal del templo podrá encontrar un distinguido edificio, Yosachae, el dormitorio del templo. En las distintas partes del templo, descubrirá una variedad de reliquias relacionadas al maestro Chusa.
