Ohak Sikdang is famous for its mukbap (chilled acorn jelly and rice soup), which is made using acorns and mushrooms. Mukbap (chilled acorn jelly and rice soup) is made by topping rice with long and thin slices of acorn jelly, sauce, vegetables, kimchi, and cold soup. Ohak Sikdang’s signature menus are mukbap jeongsik (chilled acorn jelly and rice soup set menu) and baekban (set menu). The side dishes here are quite good as well. Other menus include sundubu (soft bean curd jjigae), suyuk (boiled pork slices), and dubu jeongol (bean curd hot pot).

Now in its third generation, this Korean-Chinese restaurant, established in 1926, is one of the earliest in Incheon Chinatown and is renowned for preserving traditional flavors. Its signature Incheon Hyangto Jjajang (Incheon-style black bean sauce noodles) is crafted with the restaurant's own chunjang and seasonal ingredients, offering a richer, deeper taste than jjajangmyeon made with store-bought sauce. The restaurant also offers a vegetarian menu.

Bokdubujip is a bean curd specialty restaurant located near Jangneung Royal Tomb, a World Heritage site in Paju. They use 100% Korean beans from Jangdan-gun to make their bean curd. The signature dishes include byeotjip cheonggukjang (rich soybean paste jjigae) and chamge dubu jeongol (hairy crab and bean curd hot pot). The chicken they use is all 100% Korean and grilled over charcoal, enhancing its flavor. Guests can choose between two flavors: a sweet and savory soy sauce, or a spicy sauce. The sutbul dakgalbi pairs exceptionally well with deodeok bibim guksu, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.

The restaurant’s set menus, such as heungmaneul jeongsik (black garlic set menu), doljip jeongsik (Doljip set menu), gondeure maneul jeongsik (thistle and garlic set menu), and gondeure jeongsik (thistle set menu), all feature garlic dishes. It also serves a la carte dishes like bulgogi, maneul yukhoe (garlic and beef tartare), Danyang maneul tteokgalbi (grilled garlic and galbi patties), suyuk (boiled pork slices), and deodeok gui (grilled deodeok).
